NOTE: Any part that is modified and/or painted are non returnable.

Remove the tailgate and rear bumper from truck.
Install the two roll-pan brackets to the back of the frame of the truck by using the 5/16" bolts, washers, and nuts using a &Mac189;î wrench and ratchet/socket. The bracket fits on top of the bottom rail of the frame. Do not tighten brackets; you will need to adjust them later.
Attach the end caps to each side of the roll pan by inserting the bolts through the holes on the side of the roll pan. Make sure that the bottom of the roll pan and end cap are aligned with each other and that the surfaces of both parts are flush. Install a ºî washer and nut to each bolt and tighten the end cap down. NOTE: DO NOT over tighten the bolts or you may damage the end caps.
NOTE: Additional washers may be necessary to adjust the space between the end caps and roll pan to get the fit on the truck.
Install the bolt-on roll pan assembly to the bed using six of the #8 self tapping screws with a Phillips screw bit and drill, making sure to center the roll pan on the bed.
Install a #8 self tapping screw through the bottom of each roll pan bracket and into the bottom edge of the roll pan. Tighten bolts holding the roll pan brackets.
Install the license plate light using two #8 self tapping screws into the top of the license plate Box. DO NOT over tighten screws.
Install the SIR MICHAELíS flip up license plate assembly (if applicable) or the two #14 nylon license plate nuts into license plate box by pushing them into the square holes. Install your license plate using the two #14 license plate screws.
Although each SIR MICHAEL'S roll pan has been manufactured with the tightest tolerances, we recommend using a small amount of body filler to finish the edges and the license box area before painting. We also recommend the use automotive undercoating on the backside of the roll pan to prevent any rusting.
